Steel Landings and Stairs are CAD designed and stamped by an Engineer licensed in your state. As with Structural design submittals, shop details are provided for use by our fabricators. In most cases, field measurements taken by our personnel will dictate the exact final dimensions for the landings and stairs in order to ensure the proper in-place fit. Pursuant to fabrication, the items will receive one coat of rust preventive shop primer, then will be delivered to the job site. Our crews will then install all respective Steel Landing and Stair components to completion. This installation typically includes all handrails, wall rails, cane rails and precast concrete treads, if applicable.
